Champions of Tennis Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Champions of Tennis Academy, we aim to stay fair and organized while providing the best experience for every player. Please review the policies below before booking.

1. Cancellations
• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are considered late and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Refunds
• No refunds are issued for any booked sessions, programs, or packages.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Rainy Days
• If the court is deemed unplayable, our team will send a same-day WhatsApp message to reschedule your session.
• If you do not receive a message, please assume your session is still scheduled.
• No refunds are issued for rainy days; rescheduling only.

4. Group Programs
• Group programs run on fixed schedules.
• No make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions unless the academy cancels the class.

5. Tournaments & Special Events
• All tournament and special event registrations are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
